1000 STARS!!!!!! WOW🤩🤩🤩🤩 all I needed was a car key cut, and he did it FOR FREE!!!!! it took all of 60 seconds for him to make the copy, and sent me on my merry way!! I was flabbergasted standing at the counter when he told me there would be no charge. I can't guarantee if he'll do the same for you, but man oh man, what a great guy!! 1000/5 stars 💪

I definitely recommend against working with this company—very poor communication between their own people at the office. I called to schedule an appointment. An appointment was setup by the receptionist for a 12:00-3:00 time slot, who informed me the technician would give me a call approximately 30 minutes before arriving. Hours disappeared, and so did my patience. I called them at 3:30. After going back and forth with the office and the lock tech that was supposed to be working on my locks, I was informed that the receptionist failed to write down *any* time slot for my appointment. I literally wasted over 4 hours waiting for an appointment that was never going to happen—and would not have found out about it unless I called them.
