I have mixed feelings about the service I received. The plumbers were courteous and knowledgeable. However, they did show up 3 hrs after telling me they were “ on the way” . When I called the first time to book my appointment, the gentleman on the phone was kind and told me how much the hourly rate was and roughly how things worked. When I called a second time to find out where my technicians were, the woman who answered was rude and cut me off several times. When I received my bill there wasn’t anything itemized and it was a price over 2x what was quoted to me. Nearly $1600 to snake some drains and replace a valve in the handle of a faucet. One of the techs told me he wasn’t licensed so he had to come along with the other guy. They charged me for 2 people at $250 hr. It took 2 weeks of

Metro Maintenance is an Awesome company, one of their employees came to my house Thursday night to see what my issue was, by Monday afternoon my Hvac unit was replaced. I went to the office the people there treated me like I was family and found a way to get my unit installed a day earlier. Thank you all

I have used Metro Maintenance for household repair for nearly 30 years and I have always found them to be prompt, courteous, and efficient! As I live in an old house, I truly appreciate their expertise. Recently, I was dealing with a potential nightmare, and upstairs bath leak, and they did an excellent job addressing the problem.

After 3 days never received follow up call to service issues. I found another company that came within one hour of initial call. So I canceled with metro. The answering service did not schedule a service time. They tried to call and text owner to see when they could come to my house while I was on hold but was told no that person did not answer. They said they would call me when they heard. They did not call me so I called another company. I was told it was only 2 people working so I was not willing to wait. So I ended up needing a new unit that cost a plenty and metro lost out. If you snooze you lose.

Had a problem with hot water heater... Donnie Brown at Metro Maintenance responded within a couple of hours, diagnoised the problem and ordered water heater. Installed next day. There was a problem due to location and Donnie and his gang stayed with it until installation complete. We will call on Metro Maintenance the next time we have any problems. Thank you Donnie.
