Metro Pools

I highly recommend Metro pool! Phil, Fawn, Dori and the rest of their team were outstanding in all aspects of my pool installation. From day one of design process they helped me with design, landscape, permits etc. I didn’t have to do a thing. More importantly is they didn’t forget about me after install was done. I had a equipment issue and they were on phone instantly and there the next day(which happened to be 4th of July) fixing it. What service! It’s been a year since installed and they still answer me with any question i have. I especially want to give a shout out to Dori. He is unbelievable and has helped me with every question i have about how to take care of pool! I HIGHLY recommend Metro to anyone who is thinking of doing a pool.

Their recommendations for who to get for the pavers, plumbing and electrical were spot on. More importantly they didn’t forget about us after install was done. I thought I had rocks on the bottom of the pool, but it was just the material that goes under the liner. They came out and took care of it. The only other issue we had was the company that we purchased the closing pool cover from. They sent the wrong cover size 2 times. And it was late September!!! It was NOT Metro Pools fault. The company just didn't send the right one. B

If you are looking for a pool company, look no further because Metro Pools is your one stop shop! If i could give them 10 stars I would because they are absolutely amazing! From their customer service, to their communication, their resources, their staff and crew, they are by far the most incredible pool company that we've seen of the 20 that we've scouted. In fact, every other pool company had a waiting list of 2 years and their prices were astronomical! However, Metro Pools was the perfect solution and their prices were fair. In addition, they have some awesome people that work there including the amazing Fawn, Sherri, Dory, Nick, and Phil. They have truly become my family and I appreciate all that they've done for us. Our Pool is absolutely breathtaking! Thank you Metro Pools, you guys

Metro pools has been amazing! They built our pool last year and everything was done in time they said. Any issues or questions we have had since the build they answered or fixed asap. Would recommend them to anyone.

Metro Pools made the new build for my pool very easy and for the most part stress-free. Sheri the office manager and Fawn the sales manager are probably the two most pleasant administrators I've had the pleasure to work with during any of my jobs, and I've done many, many remodeling and construction jobs for my homes. So thank you to them for making me feel relaxed (as I can be) during the entire process. The crew who came during my install, and various other parts than needed assistance we're always Hands-On and transparent in teaching me the ins and the outs of pool maintenance and ownership. My initial liner came with a tear in it, but it was not a non-issue and the new one was replaced and up and filled within two weeks. For the Pavers, I would advise researching different contractor
