Metro Septic Pumping

Thought our septic needing pumping due to sewer smell in bathroom in afternoon heat. Called and was quoted $149 for pumping and $49 for dispatch fee. Received multiple email and text reminders about appointments and received a call about 30 minutes before tech arrived. The tech, Josh M. Was fantastic! He made some recommendations for repairs and improvements which of course increased the price but explained what he considered critically needed vs what could be done at a later time and that we could pass on any repairs and stick with just the pumping if we wanted. He did not make us feel pressured and it seemed like he educated us on not only the system itself but typical repairs and their timeframe and costs. We chose to repair our system. Please do not waste your money hiring this company!! First of all they tell over the phone that they charge $240 to pump a 1500 gallon tank but when they reach the charge went to $600, after they pump your tank will be filled back up the next week because they don’t clear the fill line and that causes the tank to fill back up in a week. DO NOT HIRE THIS Company!!!

Technician came out today and did a great job pumping my tank. The experience itself was not great. On their website they say 149 septic pump special with a 49 dollars fee. My tank isn't having any issue, isn't over full nor am I experiencing any issues. Yet he technician told me that my price would be 468 dollars. I would have paid that if I had known that was the price from the begging. Metro septic pumping you have to do better. He was telling me there was grease in my line, but that's not true I get my tank pumped every 3 years. Will I use them again? I'm not sure. The service wasn't bad but they ripped me off today. I wast prepared to get cheated and I'm thinking about reporting them to the BBB.

From the initial phone call to the finish Septic Blue was fantastic. They are informative and efficient. Dallas our tech was great, he explained every step and asked if we had questions. He was also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Let's face it septic repairs are not cheap, but those fells do have to put up with our sh.... My Tech, Dallas Cooper was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and kept me and my wife thoroughly informed. Thank you so much! I will definitely use this company again and I would recommend them.
