Metro Valet Parking

We were the first to show up to retrieve our vehicle and they brought out 5 other cars before ours. When our car did arrive, they left it in the middle of the street. You can expect priority service from these guys so long as yours is the nicest car.

Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes for valet to arrive. When Mike arrived at the desk he didn’t say anything, no welcome or greeting at all, just stared at us. When we asked for our vehicle he was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I expect better service for what we paid.

I found this parking from SpotHero app, it was the cheapest available parking. When they delivered my car, the dashcam was disconnected. I wish, I should have taken the mileage reading before giving my car for parking.

The worst valet , waited 30 min to get my car and then he demanded higher tip
