Parking here was super smooth. Went on a five day cruise and my vehicle was safe. The staff was very helpful. Total cost was $150 everything was very organized. No issues at all. Just be prepared to scan a QR code with your phone camera and have a debit or credit card you want to pay with on file on the website. They will assist you where to specifically park and you take your car key with you on your journey. When you return from your cruise and exit the parking that is when you will be charged. Very simple ! The indoor parking I could be wrong don’t quote me on this could possibly be only for handicap use. My vehicle was parked in an overflow area which was fine to walk to the port. They also provide a shuttle from the parking lot to the port. My suggestion would be to drop off your lugg

Pro: It is next to the terminal and they direct incoming traffic. Con: Like us you may end up stuck on the top floor of the parking garage because people are downloading the app at the exit to pay because there's no system to make sure it is done pre cruise departure, when customers enquired about why no one is going around to tell people to download the app so the process could be speed up they were basically told its not their problem. So though there are many employees to help you park they are notably absent during departure. Cost $30 daily *Adjusted downward due to the forced app not even working for many customers and then not coming up with a reasonable solution other than manually inputting each car in app at exit. And only one of two elevators work so the long line starts there.

Great garage, but why don’t both elevators work for be $35/day fee?!

The people directive traffic lied, claiming the parking deck was for handicapped people only but then we saw them direct blocks of cars into it regardless. They made us park in an uncovered surface lot and walk 20 minutes to the ship with an infant. That's great service for $125 for 5 nights. Better sail from Florida..

Patricia and the crew were awesome. Helped us in every way possible when we left our key in the truck! She made sure to come around and check on us and kept us hydrated while we waited for someone to open our truck. Thank you Patricia and crew!
