They closed the garage without telling me what time they were closing even after asking me how long I would be gone. The only way I was able to get back in was because the apartment building at 1 Devonshire has a resident entrance directly into the garage that they were kind enough to let me use.
Literally closed their garage without telling me and my car got stuck here overnight. I told the man I’d only be parking for a short period of time and instead of saying “hey the garage closes” he took my money and then I was left without a car until the next day. There is no way to get your car out of this garage without it being open, I called customer service I tried to contact the Devonshire concierge and they said this unfortunately happens a lot. Do not park here. Update: the reply the business gave below is a lie. I’ve talked to their Zendesk help system many times now and they’re completely useless. I’ll reiterate: DO NOT PARK HERE.
Easy, affordable parking garage with friendly staff. Will come back again.
