If I could give 0 I would! We just arrived at the Hyatt Downtown in Colorado Springs and drove into the parking garage, which was labeled for valet. There was no staff present to assist us, so we stopped briefly to figure out where we were supposed to go. Suddenly, a young man came up and aggressively struck our car with his hand while we were trying to park yelling that we could not park there. When my husband attempted to calmly explain that no one was available to provide direction, the staff member continued yelling. This escalated the situation and understandably caused my husband to raise his voice in return, at which point the employee said he was refusing us service. His aggressive and unprofessional behavior was extremely upsetting and caused my anxiety to rise, as I felt unsafe b

Predatory: Advertises $5 hourly and weekend "flat rate" of $18 (which is only 12 hours) at the bottom with menacing signs l saying no in and out and also license plate enforcement implying you will be charged once on camera. $18 for parking downtown is ridiculously

I was over charged for parking when there are NO visible parking enforcement signs. I’ve been there NUMEROUS times for tejon eatery. And never once was charged. Their excuse was “MAYBE our systems were down”. And their “solution” was for me to still pay almost 20$. Unprofessional. And the 3rd car I was with wasn’t charged at all. I got tickets for myself and the 2nd car. The whole situation was dealt with poorly, I guess some cars get tickets and some don’t. This place can’t figure it out. Park on the streets, way cheaper.

Once you are in the system, it's just drive in/ drive out. So awesome!
