Do not park here! The hours of operation are not well posted. It says nothing about the doors being locked with no exit. I used the app for 12 hour parking 7:17AM to 7:17 PM, right? No, I found out the hard way, when I arrived back to the garage at 7:14 PM I found it locked with all doors closed. This was a rainy Friday night. I found a “help” number on the app and called to my surprise the lady on the other side of the phone was in New Jersey and not trying to show any empty. After explaining my situation and asking for security to gain access so my car would not be stuck all weekend long. I was told she could not open the garage for me. There are no hours posted anywhere in the garage, so I had no idea it closed at 7pm on Friday and didn’t reopen until Monday. The app let me pay for parking until past 7pm on Friday, but when I returned, the garage was completely closed and locked up and I had no way of getting to my car. I called the phone number listed on Google and the person who answered was extremely rude and said there was no way they could open the doors for me until Monday morning. I went back to the garage on Saturday and luckily ran into a security guard (after hours of waiting/looking for someone to help) who let me in and said I must not have called the right phone number. TLDR: Do not park here. This garage is closed 7pm Friday until 5am Monday. If your car is locked in, try to find a security guard. Security for the Social Security Administration patrols this garage and is more likely to be around that building on weekends. Security is not employed by Metropolis and they will not be able to put you in touch. This garage does not have hours posted but does have a sign right inside the entrance advertising public parking on the 4th floor and above. I parked for an event Friday and was unable to leave when I returned to my car. There are no signs with contact numbers posted but there is a sign stating the garage closes 7pm and opens 5am the following morning. I returned the next day and found that was not the case. Literally no hours posted anywhere. Paid for 2 hours by QR code at 6:45 while a security guard watched me and my son depart after parking. Came back at 8:30 to a locked parking garage with no access to my vehicle. Left me and my 11 year old stranded. Do not park here.

No signs but closes at 7pm with no garage access but let’s you pay for time after 7pm. Impossible to find who owns it to try and get in. Closed on weekends so stuck until Monday
