Do not park your vehicle in this parking lot, they are scammers. I left my vehicle and when I returned I found 4 tickets. When I complained, they told me that the parking attendant forgot to put the parking paper in it. Now they tell me that I should have printed the paper and put it in myself and that I have to pay the 237 ticket. Do not use that parking lot, it is the worst there is. Scammers.

This was the worst parking experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, they changed the drop-off location without any prior notice. We ended up having to leave our car on the sidewalk, completely unorganized. Now we’ve been waiting over 50 minutes for the shuttle, and it still hasn’t arrived. I would gladly take an Uber, but I have no idea where my car was actually parked. I can only hope I find it in decent condition when I return.

This is for "SP Plus JFK Air Park." Absolute nightmare. DO NOT USE. All the perfect reviews in Way must be fake. It was a bait and switch. I arrived at the parking lot with my confirmation printed and called the listed number to confirm and someone told me to go to this random address half a mile away, to meet the attendant. It was on a sketchy side street in front of a restaurant and an abandoned building with busted old cars. No one came. (And by that point there was no way I was going to give my car to a random person). They absolutely tried to scam me. Thankfully I got my money back because I did it through the Way app.

Don't park here. I had a reservation, I got there, it was the DMV office with no parking lot. I can the person he told me to go to another address that was the corner of 147th Ave and Guy Brewer blvd, when I got there still no parking lot nearby,he said to wait there he's coming after waiting for 20 mins I called him again he said he's in traffic at airport he'll get there as soon as he can meanwhile my international flight is getting closer to departure time. I had to rebook another lot that cost me more. I called Way.com but it didn't sound like they understood that the company that they deal with SP PLUS JFK PARK IS A FRAUD. They was no help. Save yourself from headaches don't park with SP PLUS JFK PARKING .

Not only we weren’t able to find the exact location, but there was no parking ! We missed our flight . And the same day we booked our parking , we called to cancel. They refused to give us our FULL refund, by saying some stupid policy rules . I would recommend SP plus parking to anyone. Especially, if you trying to cancel and hoping for full refund …..
