We reserved a spot on the parking garage app, we were told to pick up our car at 7:00 p.m. on the app and the person reminded us, cool. So we get there to get our car at 7:00 p.m. and someone told us to sit on the side and wait because he was busy and waiting for someone else to come down and help, he was already with a client. I texted the app hoping that someone would come faster to help this poor guy out, as we waited someone else did call us over to get the car, it was a couple minutes, wasn't long. When he charged us out, he charged us a late fee which was $22.00, rounding up 15 minutes waiting. We questioned it but he said he couldn't do anything about it because he wasn't the manager and what not. We ended up paying it because we wanted our car and didn't want it held hostage to pay

I thought I was being responsible and I reserved a spot with ParkWiz or Best park app. The app charged me $31 From 7PM to 7PM, so we thought we were all set. What I didn’t expect was the garage charging me $30. Twice !!!!! Grand total for 3 hours $92. On top of that, they were incredibly rude and insisted I had an oversized vehicle. Ford Flex ? Is a Car!!! and this is stealing. Never again. Stay away. Crooks

Bunch of crooks. If you are staying FairField Inn, they will ask when you will be the last day. Don't tell them when. On the first day, I took my car out after 3 hours for dinner, they charged me $15 or so. On the last day, after overnight parking, I re-parked my car in the morning after breakfast. After 2 1/2 hours for check out of the hotel, they charged me a new $50 or so. So, I had to pay double on the last day. I asked them many times if that is after the discount from the hotel stay. They knew we are the tourists and decided to s**t us up on the last day. Just bunch of crooks.

Don’t park here if you care about your car and yourself. While I do lost the parking ticket, there are many other ways to prove the car is mine. However, they try to copy my registration, insurance, and driver license. I believe even the police have no such right. I can’t image what they would do to me if they got my informations. BTW, some of there staff are so rude.

Unprofessional attendees. Booked parking ahead of time via parking whiz and was turned away. Attendee barely spoke English and was super rude. Made me wait 10 minutes outside of the lot before approaching me, just to tell me that this is no good and to go somewhere else. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
