SP+ Parking

I made a parking reservation here since it was only couple of minutes walk from Radio City Music Hall. The price was good, only $25 for 5 hours of parking on Saturday night. When we arrived close to the entrance, it took us 45 minutes to get to the garage. They literally had a backlog of cars waiting on 53rd street, that literally blocked the whole street. It was only one attendant that was checking-in the cars and also doing the check-outs. Another person was trying to maneuver the cars at the entrance so other cars can pass by. They have two elevators in the car that take the cars to parking level. This is probably the main reason for slow processing. When I came back, showed the QR code of my reservation and it was processed. But again had to wait 45 minutes in freezing weather to get

Perfect location. Safe, quick, pricy but worth it. They took photos of all car damages which means that they drive and park them carefully. Out of all the spots which were not safe, theft issues, rude employees, etc. I would prefer to pay 20 bucks more but have all the pluses than pay less and have negatives of all other locations. This one is the top location. Ps. Park here and then take a Subway to go around, which will save you a lot of money, headache, and time. You are welcome :)

We pre-booked via best parking app incl oversize suv. Complete positive experience. Car handover was very well and the agent was friendly. He asked about the qr code and scanned that for confirmation. Pick up also top! We waited just approx 5min to get our car back. Pre booking via best parking app saved us a lot of money because we paid for 8hrs the same as we would have been paid for just 1hrs if we had paid the display price on side. Will come back.

The Manager Shashpal was very helpful after a mistake that was made by me and one of the employees. I made a reservation through a parking app and accidentally parked at this location instead of where I made the reservation. Shashpal was very helpful to work with the parking app to get me a refund and apologetic for the mistake. I will use this garage again!

Online rate and discussed rate different at check out. Added $15/night saying a minivan is oversized. Raised rates based on event at hotel. Beware of bringing a vehicle for your stay. Would recommend elsewhere for parking down the road is $35/day vs their $110/day. Parking management not at all helpful and getting surprised with a bill almost as much as your room stay does not feel good. Also will not help with bags. We watched as an elderly lady struggled with her luggage and not one parking employee offered her help. We helped. Poor business
