What a horrible garage. Pull in, I explain I already paid, however I was asked for my car again. No one informed me there are hours of operations, you cannot get your car until 6am. Customer support was no help, calling twice before someone told me the garage isn’t open. Will be late for my next appointment over not informing the customer or helping her out.

My boyfriend got tickets to see Rachel McAdams perform at MTC and we decided to park next to the theatre here. The guy said $75 for 3 hours. When we were on line for the entrance of the show, we found out Rachel called out sick and her understudy will be playing her role. We proceeded to get to the box office to ask about refunds and went to get the car. This happened in a span of 20 minutes. The attendant refused to negotiate a logical and reasonable price for parking even though we parked for 20 minutes! He charged us $75 and there was no manager to discuss this with around. Ultimately this whole experience was a waste of time and money. I would never park here again. I also emailed this exact review and photos to the email listed in the review responses and have yet to heard back.

Was going to see a Broadway show, booked parking online that same morning, got in and got out with no issues or delays whatsoever. Magical experience considering it usually takes me at least half an hour to get out of a parking garage after any event. Super fast and friendly parking attendant who helped me process everything on my phone and got the car in under two minutes. Absolute pleasure of an experience with a parking garage for once. 5 stars guys, well deserved.

I arrived on Saturday around lunch Time. Edward was very welcoming and nice. I could not use the link provided by the Paramount Hotel but he ensure me I would get the proper rate and add a note on my ticket. I called an hour prior to picking up my car the next Monday and my car was ready to go at the entrance of the garage and it took not even 3 min to process the payment. The gentlemen honored the Paramount Price as previously discussed with Edward two days earlier. I told him I would leave a good review! I was very worried with all the negative reviews on this garage but my experience was perfect. Remembrer to always give a nice smile and respectful salutation to all these employees providing service. And don’t forget the tip… ! Thank you for the excellent service!

Took my tip and then buried my car 20 deep unbelievable and be aware that place has one elevator going up and one down and there small so be ready to wait and sweat waiting for your car check your car before you leave
