This garage will fraudulently up-charge you. My husband and I called to ask how much parking for our train to Boston would be early Friday morning, and spoke to a man at the garage about pricing. We were parking around 8:30a and leaving around 11:00-11:30p, and were quoted $15 for this duration. This seemed like a good deal. When we tried to leave around 11:00 that night, we were charged $25. We pushed the help button but they said we'd have to pay the $25 if we wanted to leave and call back Monday. I just called, and the employee I spoke to in the garage admitted he told me it was $15, but a sign (?) says it is $25, so that's what it costs. He absolutely refused to give us back the difference and honor his word. Terrible business. It's not about $10. It is about dishonesty and st

This garage is clean, well-secured, and OUTRAGEOUSLY convenient to someone commuting via Providence Station. It’s literally the second closest you can park. The price is also fair. However, the spots are insanely small. I almost always struggle to get in and out, and it actually stresses me the heck out. That said, I’ll continue to park here because otherwise it’s actually pretty awesome.

This review is for a very special concierge named John. He brings the position of concierge to a new level. He is enthusiastically helpful. He goes above and beyond to serve the residents . He is a ray of sunshine to all he meets . These are all wonderful qualities but above all,he is a warm and ethical human being. We are very fortunate to have him on our staff.

The parking spots were narrow to begin with but I went through a pregnancy and having a baby while living at the apartment that utilizes this parking lot and it certainly is not family friendly. Imagine driving around a parking garage with a hungry screaming baby looking for a parking spot with an empty space that is not a spot to its right just so you are able to take out the car seat and put it back in the next time you need to go somewhere.

Signage for entrance and exit could be better/more added but other wise clean secure and decently priced.
