METROPOLITAN 51 PARKING LLC

4 times in 48 hours I get notifications the lot attendants are looking through my car and trunk. Was told that it never happened and was told they can't do anything about it. This place is a joke and will just look through your car for valuables. You would be better off parking on the street anywhere else. Attached is notifications from when I was at the bills Jets game. They will 100% steal your shit and lie to you about it

Very exspensive. Unreasonable. Adding many fees to your receipts .

Bait and switch price. Don’t trust the “weekend special” as there is also a convenience fee added on top and an oversized car fee even if your car model is not on the posted list of oversized cars. Also extremely long wait to pick up car.

The guys were great. They brought up our car very quickly during peak times. The location is also very good for entry and exiting The Rock Areas.

I parked my vehicle here and they damaged my bumper and when i brought it to there attention all i got was denial and when i showed the pics all i was told if you want to make a case we will deny everything so yo will lose they park your car to close to other and in weird angel to maximize space and that how you damage the vehicle i would give it a -5 if i can
