When I say that Metropolitan Bath & Tile's representative, Kevin, is THE BEST representative I have ever had when dealing with someone coming to my home to discuss possible renovations, I mean it. Kevin was thorough, knowledgeable, professional yet friendly and attentive. Kevin walked me through his sketching after discussing with me what my thoughts were in renovating a powder room and hall bathroom. He was meticulous in understanding what I wanted. He went over what he thought would add to the bathrooms, got my input, and reminded me that the renovation was MY project and that he was just there to ensure it would be crafted to my likings. I appreciate the attention to detail in her presentation, her time in this field is obvious. She presented a clear renovation plan that I was able to follow. The entire team from start to finish did a great job. We are very pleased with both bathroom projects. Zach, the craftsman, went all out to make sure everything was perfect. The only improvement feedback would be to include a painting service option as part of the overall project. Painting ourselves, after the project was completed was very inconvenient. This was discussed at the initial contract development so it was not a surprise to us but it would have been nice have a pro paint.

Initial meeting with Charlene was great! She was very thorough in answering all my concerns and questions. She really helped me obtain a better understanding on the process of conducting a major bathroom remodel. We discussed so many various options and idea. She provided very insightful feedback on my specific ideas and thoughts on what we were looking to do in bringing our vision together. She took her time in going over every detail of the process from start to finish of the completion of the project, as well as what to expect next. I really enjoyed working with Charlene during this first initial visit!

In October 2025, we refreshed our primary bathroom with new shower walls to the ceiling, corner shelves, and a grab bar. We also had matching tile installed on the tub deck, apron, and splash. One installer handled the entire project—from removing the old shower tiles and glass enclosure to tearing out the tile around the tub and installing all the new tile. If I had one suggestion, it would be to assign two people for the tear-down phase; it would have sped things up considerably. In total, the project took eight business days.
