We knew there was trouble when our furnace started pumping smoke out of the vents. I contacted Metz and they had someone out the next day. Jorge was amazing, showed me pictures of what things looked like in the attic where the furnace and a/c unit were. He was super knowledgeable and able to tell me exactly what year each part had been installed. The furnace was well over 25 years old, so it lived a good life. He broke things down as to what I could replace and what I should replace, along with different cost options. The system was ordered and installed within 3 business days. I’ve been a long-time Metz Air Control customer and have always been extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism! I replaced my heater today and had Andrew, Johnny, and Mario handling the install. They did very clean work and explained everything well! The unit was definitely due for a check up, and I appreciate how thorough, informative, and helpful Cris was and getting things in order since the last service. He was quick, efficient, and reliable.
