The technician arrived in a timely manner. He even called to say he could be here one and one-half hours earlier than our appointment if that was acceptable. The technician was friendly and polite. He cleaned and serviced our heating and air conditioning systems in an expert and timely manner. Cost was shared up front so we didn’t have any surprises. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to our friends.

We got a complete new heating snd cooling system installed from Meyer Air about a year and a half ago. We have had the routine maintenance done several times at this point, and had to have them come out a few times for a couple other concerns we had as we were getting used to our new system. All the technicians have been very knowledgeable and they were quick to respond to any concerns/questions that we had with understanding and getting used to our new system. Even Mike, the owner came out to meet and speak with us. We really appreciated the customer service we were given after our installation, as these purchases are not insignificant. We also appreciated the thorough follow up that we received.

Our 35-year-old HVAC system failed, and our home warranty recommended a replacement. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted several HVAC companies, including Meyer. Although they initially scheduled us for a later date, they followed up the very next day and sent a representative out promptly. Paul arrived and took the time to thoroughly explain how different systems function, walking us through multiple options that would best meet our needs. The following day, his team completed the installation. Cole stood out with his passion for his work; once the unit was installed, he carefully explained what had been installed and how everything operates. Mike and his team absolutely saved my bacon! I own a rental property and during some frigid temps (below zero) and intense snow, the furnace just stopped. It ended up being the heat exchange and the furnace just needed to be replaced…at the most inconvenient time. Mike to the rescue! Furnace died on Sunday, he scheduled us for Wednesday on Monday, and had the furnace and ac unit installed by Wednesday afternoon! Just a little over two days of cooler temps in the house. That’s incredible. I can’t thank him and his crew enough and I can’t say enough good things about professionals who refuse to leave you hanging when it’s a detriment. The receptionist that took our call was very helpful and kind and was able to book us a same day appointment. Our tech Brandon was very thorough when examining our heater and gave us great information to help make our decision to replace. They were able to get us scheduled for a just a few days later to install the new unit. Overall great experience!
