Meyers Parking (MP Times Square Garage)

I was honestly a little nervous parking my brand new vehicle before heading into New York City… but this place completely put me at ease. From the moment I pulled up, they were so kind and professional. They came right out, parked my vehicle for me, and I could even see it from my hotel room — which made me feel so much better. Service was quick when I arrived and just as fast at checkout. The staff were super friendly and always answered their phone anytime I called. Now I’m literally trying to find a hotel close to them again just so I can use their parking. That should tell you everything. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came here a few weeks ago and They parked my car for me which was a nice surprise . Tesla cyber truck is what I have and they were all enthusiastic about it and took plenty of pics with it. Nice people that work here definitely give this place a try ! Found a huge dryer down in the garage so I decided to put 43 of my comforters from my small hotel in it and they got dry in 20 minutes can’t beat it bro!

I have parked here now and a pleasant experience for me. Nice parking guys which usually are not. Walking distance to Times Square. They are in SpotHero so makes it more convenient to park. Reasonable parking fee considering the proximity to timessquare. See images for reference.

Swiped my card once the lady at the window stated it didn’t go through, so I swiped it again and it went through. After that I checked my account and seen I was charged twice. She stated if it doesn’t clear call back for my refund. When I called for my refund the guys stated the only way he can refund me is if I came up there with my physical card! I told him I was 11hrs away how can I come back and he stated “where’s there’s nothing I can do about it, contact your bank”

Terrible customer service they lie they supposed to open 24 hours in the website and they close midnight
