As a Community Manager of a 450 unit complex, MFI is by far my favorite vendor for flooring in our units. The price is comperable and even less than many of the competetors and my rep, Leo, has incredible communication and customer service. I feel appreciated as a customer and have never had any issue with quality or availabilty. My rep has even asked permission before having one of his newer employees train in one of our units and assured us he would be supervised. Of course we had no problem with it and were not dissapointed with the outcome.
