I'm an investor managing multiple properties so I've worked with many contractors. I chose them to paint my residential house, the whole interior and basement. They also painted my investment property. Compared to others, in my opinion, they are calm(!), respectful, fast-responding, and carrying a top-notch quality job. The price was more than reasonable. We all know these are not easy to come together! If you need a painter, consider having them, and treat them well. They're working hard and not afraid of taking more days to deliver an excellent result. It actually happened to my basement, not drying fast enough, so they had to take 3 more days than they previously estimated at no extra charge. Honestly, who would take the job this seriously? They're great.

Mike is the most reliable business owner I have ever dealt with. Can’t recommend his company, MFT Painting, enough. His guys are all so hardworking, trustworthy , and polite. Mike always shows when he says he’s going to. He responds to texts even when away on vacation. His work is impeccable. So easy to work with. Highly, highly recommended.
