From start to finish, the whole experience with Mastergroup was top-notch. They installed a beautiful 18,000 BTU split system in my home and were professional every step of the way. Communication was great — they showed up on time, wore booties inside, explained everything clearly, and just made the process easy. They even helped set up financing through PSEG, which was a huge help. Every person I dealt with was kind, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The office even texted me photos and names of who was coming to my house — such a nice touch. I honestly couldn’t be happier and feel lucky to have found these guys. I highly recommend Mastergroup. My only complaint is that they don’t handle every other kind of home maintenance too!

The estimate was clear and concise & easy to understand. They showed up on the days they said they would and they were on time. When I did have an issue, they came back as soon as possible to fix it, while they were in the middle of other work. They were willing to re-work their schedule if they had to. They ordered something & it wasn't exactly what I needed - they installed it anyway & didn't charge me for it, which benefits me even though it wasn't part of the contract. Abdullah & his team were accommodating -- I needed a smoke detector moved while they were doing their work and they took care of it for me. When the work was done, I was happy with what they had done.

The technician that worked at our home was very competent and helpful. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem (which had been misdiagnosed by another plumber that came before) and was very efficient working and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction.

Great experience. Malik came to the house to do a routine maintenance on my fairly new system. This maintenance was for the heating part of the system and in the Spring they will return to do the A/C part. They are a full service company. Their maintenance goes beyond the standard. Malik was very informative all through the process and encouraged me to learn about the system and what particular item he was working on. Not only did he check the furnace, but included in the visit was a check up on my water heater and a water heater flush. He said everything was in good shape.
