Rarely give bad reviews unless I feel like it can help someone else out. Hired Matt with MG or Phoenixville Plumber initially to do a sewer scope. Paid him in full and he only did half of the scope and said he would come back and perform the rest later (not even sure how that makes sense). Scheduled multiple times with Matt to come back and he no showed 3 more times. Complete waste of time and money.

Worked with Matt to help fix a leak in our basement. Very professional and provided great communication throughout, as he kept me up to speed every step of the way during the repair process. Would highly recommend for future projects.

We had an urgent plumbing emergency in our basement. I called some plumbers in the area and Matt was the only one to actually answer the phone. He got us a quote right away and was out the next day to get the job done. He was very efficient, professional, and fairly priced. Will definitely use his services in the future.

I had a sewer line at one of my rentals and used Matt to scope and jet my sewer line we eventually replaced my trap and removed the air vent. I was pleased and I highly recommend Matt and his team they do good work at a reasonable price!

Excellent 24hour service... Matt talked me through shutting off the well pump to stop pipe leak in my house. His calm professional and clear direction made it easy for me to stop the immediate water flow. He was able to offer plumbing repair service as soon as tomorrow!
