MGM Cooling and Heating are true lifesavers – 5 stars! As a mom of four, I was in panic when our sump pump failed during cold, rainy weather, flooding the basement and ruining the furnace, heater and water heater. I called MGM at 7a.m., and by 9 a.m., Gedeon and his amazing team were already working. In just a few hours, they installed a new furnace, a tankless water heater, new pumps, and even redesigned the vent pipes. Fast, clean, professional, and kind — I couldn’t have asked for better service during such a stressful moment. The price was more than fair for an emergency job. I’m beyond grateful. Highly recommend MGM , they truly saved us!

MGM did and amazing job and it was nice to deal directly with the owner and have him perform the work. The owner came out on a Sunday afternoon within one hour of calling to diagnose a furnace that stopped working. His after hours service call fee was a great price and ended up being applied towards any additional work. He was able to fire up the furnace and visually show me what was happening, why it was unsafe, and provided a solution . Unfortunately it was worst case scenario and I needed a new furnace. He was able to get me on the schedule right away and installed a new furnace one day later on Tuesday morning. Our furnace died on a very, very cold December night. After calling many Rochester area so-called 24/7 services and being told we couldn’t be helped until anywhere from 24 hrs to a week later, I was able to reach MGM Heating and Cooling. Gedeon answered promptly and showed up at my door within an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem, get my furnace running, and explained that I would need a new one. Given his more than reasonable fee for both my emergency repair and quoted installation of a new furnace, I hired MGM on the spot and got a new high efficiency furnace installed the next day.
