The Cleaning Authority - Rochester

This company is priced better than most if not all, but you get what you pay for. You get half-finished jobs and mediocre cleans. I would often come home from 12 hour days and have to pick up where they left off. The final straw was when they left a used toilet brush on my surface adjacent to my contacts. I have terminated our contract.

They were great! They were efficient and very professional and did an outstanding job. My house has never been cleaner. I’m very impressed and satisfied!😊 The above was my first review! First and foremost, the team was incredibly friendly and polite. They arrived promptly and were extremely respectful of our space and our time. Kasi and Tenika arrived right on time to our house at 8:30 a.m. and went straight to work. Casi has been at our house before which we appreciated and was therefore able to tell Tenika about us and our house. The first time the 3 cleaners from The Cleaning Authority showed up I can say they did a pretty good job. They did not clean off the tops of doors and almost missed a bedroom but otherwise it was a good job. Two weeks later two women showed up for round two of the deep cleaning. I have to mention here I payed almost $600.00 for this two part service. The one woman smelled so badly I thought I was going to be ill. I was thinking she is smelling up my clean home. I could not bring myself to ask her to leave immediately. They only stayed an hour and 15 min. I will never use the Cleaning Authority again. Their literature presents them as a very professional, high end service but in truth they only provide a basic two part cleaning at a high cost. They are too expensive and not professional.
