Great experience with gas dryer conversion and installation of new washer and dryer. I had a tough time getting any other local appliance company to answer or return phone calls. Spoke to the owner right away and had an appointment scheduled that he showed up for on time and quickly had my conversion and install done. It’s tough to find businesses in this area that actually provide customer service! I definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Britt was out within 24 hours to fix my dryer and and a couple incidental repairs in another residence. He was professional, friendly, prompt and fair. I would recomend MI appliance to anyone.

called at 10am on saturday expecting to schedule service for during the week sometime and britten said hed be able to come out in a few hours. he arrived 2 hours later on the same day and was able to repair my washing machine within less than an hour. extremely reasonable rate and very professional. would recommend to anybody needing appliance repair.

I found Britten/MI Appliance Repair on a google search to come diagnose our dishwasher that was having intermittent problems. He really took his time to figure out what the issue was, unfortunately mice were chewing our wires. We ended up needing a new one, and decided to go with him for the installation. He recommended we spray foam in a small opening where our electricity was coming in to hopefully prevent future damage from mice with our new dishwasher. He did a great job and we got in quickly with him and he shows up when he says he will be there. We will definitely be using him again for any of our appliance repairs.

Had an issue with my washer on a Saturday. Left a message, and was surprised to receive a call back within an hour (another place did not return my call until the following Monday). Britton diagnosed the problem over the phone, and quickly repaired after receipt of part. Fair pricing, awesome customer service and professionalism!
