A random car and one of their trucks did not move over to make way for the merging lane, and did not speed up or slow down so they partially ran me off the road just now on the highway heading into Grayling, and I had to SLAM on my breaks. Additionally, they were speeding. Horrible drivers and could’ve caused a bad crash.

This company is prompt and seems to truly care about ensuring customers are safe regarding electrical in their homes. Highly recommend.

Just had Primary Electric come out to our cabin to fix a power issue after my husband was not able to figure out the issue. We were extremely satisfied with them. Communication was excellent before and during the repair, they were able to locate the problem very quickly up in the rafters, and repair it, they were both very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would totally trust them to come in when we were not present. Thanks to both Jorden’s for fixing our issue.

Primary Electric installed a transfer switch for us after the ice apocalypse of 2025, it was a huge relief! The crew at Primary Electric was very professional and efficient. Great work guys!
