MI Lawn and Landscape

As a property managerI have used Jonathan and his company to handle snow plowing on the northwest side for years and have never been disappointed. Fantastic communication and great service! I really wish there was a company like this in other areas of Town as well because they are totally focused on the northwest side. They’re smart to do this so they can get to every job consistently and always do such a great job here it would be amazing if every company operated like this. Too many companies spread themselves so then they get bad service even though they cover bigger areas so I really appreciate what these guys do!

We've used many snow services in the past and MI Lawn is hands down the best! I love receiving the email updates that let us know when we've been plowed and what to expect in the coming days. My family and I are relocating back to West MI from the east side of the state. We got keys to our new home earlier than expected and needed to find a plow service asap to help with the move. MI Lawn was recommended by a friend and they do NOT disappoint! We reached out and received a call back within 15 minutes. Even though the season was already underway, they picked up our account without hesitation and have done an amazing job keeping our driveway clean and clear for our move. Their communication is second to none as well. I had planned to do my own snow removal next season, however, I plan to stay with MI Lawn now.

The owner, John, is extremely diligent in delivering up to the moment information about what to expect from him and his crew. There is no wondering about when will they arrive or if they arrive. I have been so incredibly impressed by the tenacity and communication from Jonathan and his team. They do a great job plowing at first pass and re-clearing after the city plows come through. They are always quick to respond as well if we have a question or need them to come back and clean something up for us. Highly, highly recommend them.
