Miami Design Cabinets

I got custom closets ordered from them back in September. Spent $25k+. The installation process was OK but the follow up has been horrendous. They installed the closest, damaged the walls damage some of the closets and we followed up with them multiple times as they promised to come back to fix the damage, but have not I would not recommend working with them And truly believe that they will go out of business given their type of service.

Working with Miami Design Cabinetry has been an absolute nightmare. After seven long months of dealing with them, I can confidently say they are completely irresponsible and untrustworthy. They took our final payment, and the moment issues arose that needed fixing, they vanished. They don’t answer calls, leaving us stranded with unfinished work and unresolved problems. On the rare occasions we managed to get someone on the phone, we were met with disrespect and dismissiveness. They actually told us that we were not important and that they had other business to attend to. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is astonishing. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Miami Design Cabinetry at all costs.
