Buyer Beware. We recently bought a house from this builder and are still having a nightmare scenario. His work appears nice on the exterior but is rotting from the ground up. First, the foundation/framing of the house is unstable and we already have sunk half an inch in less than a year. We had two contractors over who stated that the framing was not build or inspected (they were surprised the town inspector signed off on it) properly and that significant construction would be required. Second, the grading of the property is such that water pools creating swamp like conditions. We have attempted to address these concerns with the builder but have been ignored. I just saw him working on the neighbors house and explained the situation again but he walked away without comment. This ha
