Had Michael Coleman replace my existing 2.5 ton air conditioner and air handler with a Trane unit. I can’t say enough about this company. From the secretary to the installer and Michael himself. Great experience with great people. Mike explained everything to me, gave me my options and did a great, neat job at a very fair price. I am very happy with them and plan on using them for more HVAC services in the near future. I would highly recommend everyone to use this company. Please check them out before you start your project. We were very excited to work with Coleman for an installation of our AC unit as well as replacement of our old furnace and duct system. He was prompt and responsive when we first reached out. He seemed very knowledgeable when he came out for the estimate, and offered great advice for the project. After a few other estimates, we decided to go with Coleman. He gave us a date about two weeks out to come and complete the project. Two days before the project, we hadn't heard any other confirmations, so we reached out via text. He responded saying that he was too busy to get the project done on the Thursday he had initially planned, but would find times to come out in the next week. The date kept getting vaguely pushed back, and as time went on, he became less and less responsive. 2.5 weeks afte

Michael provided fast and effective service of our home in Monroe. He does excellent work and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!
