Nine years ago I needed to replace my hot water heater. I called several plumbers and at that time Michael gave me the best price. I was very pleased with his work and decided I would use Michael if I had other plumbing issues. I called Michael shortly thereafter about a plumbing problem I was having and his wife Lisa informed me he was too busy doing work for contractors to help me. I called two more times after that and got the same response. Recently I needed to again replace my hot water heater. I called Michael and he showed up within an hour. Five minutes after he left his wife Lisa called to let me know that my water heater was still under warranty but the cost of labor and administrative work to replace it would be $1,800. This plumber needs a new receptionist! Her attitude was horrible! I was calling for a quote for a clogged kitchen sink. She proceeded to ask if I owned the home and the owner would be responsible for the bill. And I digress, because all this questioning before I told her why I was even calling. Her dry and unfriendly disposition just made me say goodbye. Losing business automatically just from dealing with an unpleasant gatekeeper.

Our heating system was leaking on Dec 27th and with small children in the house and family visiting, we needed help - fast. Mike was there in 25 minutes and solved the issue without pushing for additional expenses. Great guy, very helpful and trustworthy.
