I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because most of us are not perfect. Mr Benedict and his crew have painted, built decks, fixed roof and gutters, repaired dry wall, plowed and shoveled snow, and cleared fallen trees. What we needed, he got done, inside and out. I can believe him, and trust him, and that is important to me. greg lyon-loftus

In my personal opinion this contractor is not one I would hire again. He over charged for repainting rooms that he did not re-paint and at $40.00 per hour. He personally guaranteed with a handshake a product that failed and then reneged on the guarantee. He stated that he had installed the SAME product for over 30 years and the company certified that they had only sold him one product. I am posting again because my last review has been removed. Again, the statements are from my personal dealings with this company and all are my own personal opinion. I want to make a clear statement of the work done for me and it's inferior workmanship. The over charging and the false statements made to me. All of the statements made are my own personal opinion and experience. Please make your own decisions
