Michael DeMay and his team did a fantastic job on my house. Michael is kind, knowledgeabe, and a good listener. I am an older single lady and things like home renovations scare me to death. Michael listened to my ideas and problems and made me feel comfortable with every step of the process. He created an absolutely beautiful kitchen that fit my needs and budget. His workers were on time and neat and friendly. I highly recommend you hire him for your next renovation or building project!

All general contractors are NOT created equal and Michael is the very best! As an interior designer and realtor, I have never worked with a better GC than Michael DeMay. He and his team are ethical, hard working, honest, and skilled. His work is TOP NOTCH, he is kind and lovely to work with, he is a craftsman himself so his creativity is a huge asset in problem solving, and when he gives a price quote and a timeline, you can actually believe it (unless you make changes which happens a lot). I can't recommend him enough. If you are getting quotes and go with the cheapest guy, prepare to be calling Michael DeMay to come fix the work that was poorly done. Just save your time and money and hire Michael and his team from the get go for both commercial and residential jobs!

Michael DeMay has done work on my house many times over the last several years - kitchen, bathrooms, you name it. They saved me after a bad contractor lied, stole & did everything wrong. DeMay came in and fixed it all for a very sane & kind price. I won’t work with anyone else because his team does everything to perfection & with the utmost care, integrity & accountability. Michael and his team renovated much of my home - laying new hardwood throughout the entire first floor, revamping the entire kitchen, updating my 1/2 bath, creating two huge built-in shelving units (one in my home office and one in the bonus room), replacing HVAC units, replacing my fence, and so much more. He is professional, patient, and most of all talented. He brought all of my visions to life and made them better than I imagined. His crew is great, too. Talented folks that respect him and work hard to make sure the job is done correctly and on time. Mike is diligent with the budget and very communicative on changes…he always makes me feel like he has my back. I strongly recommend him for any construction or renovation project you have.
