Michael Enterprises Pool and Spa

Contracted with Michael Enterprises Pool and Spa to build gunite pool and spa Eighteen months and $130,500 later, we were left with pool left unfinished and over $54,000 in damages due to an unresponsive builder who on May 2, 2023, was found to be in breach of contract by the Oconee County Georgia Superior Court and ordered to pay damages. The damages include, a spa that was incorrectly plumbed preventing the use of the jet pump., a 30 foot long deck crack and voids due to spa leak unaddressed for 60 days, extensive pool coping joint cracks, a small cartridge filter substituted in place of the sand filter we contracted for, a defective trivac cleaner that was not replaced as promised, electrical that does not meet code after two attempts at installation, a pool overflow drain installed t
