Michael Grella Plumbing & Heating

Michael serviced my 3 Navien units for my multifamily today. He is direct, timely, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. My Navien units were actually set up with a recirculating pump system so that -- even 3 floors up -- hot water is immediately available and you don't need to let the water run. However, the Navien units were never programmed correctly to utilize this feature. While servicing the units, Michael noticed this and programmed the units to correctly utilize this feature, which has already been a huge plus. We plan to use him for annual service of all our Navien units.

Michael Grella has been our plumber for years, for our 2 family with old steam radiators, as well as in our newer house. He does great work and gives sensible advice about options and approaches. Highly recommend him!
