Michael J Ross Electric

Hello. My name is Dave. This last week, my family had an electrical issue at our house that caused us to call 911. The firefighters isolated the situation and told us to call an electrician. Michael Ross got out that day. It was a ceiling fan with a burnt out motor and all else looked good. With the ceiling fan replacement we added recessed lighting. Alex and his apprentice Damien showed up 2 days later to do the work. From opening the door for our first greeting to completion 4 hours later, outstanding. Communication was great. They measured and marked everything to let us see what it would look like. Alex is a master of his craft and I could tell he and Damien work very well together. We will be using Michael J. Was changing out a socket to replace with one that has USB ports, should have been simple enough have done several before but I’m not an electrician and was stumped when I saw the old socket had six wires. Didn’t know what the other three were for, didn’t have the time or energy to figure out next steps, looked up electricians and saw Mike’s name and 5 star reviews - and it’s for good reason! Mike came by around an hour later (!!!) and knocked out that one and another I had wanted done. I’ve been meaning to find an electrician to discuss several other jobs I need done, moving an outlet, putting in a recessed light in the ceiling, doing some additional wiring for a ceiling fan/light - Mike walked me through what would be needed to get it all done.
