We had the privilege of meeting Mr Knott 25 years ago when he did our first screened in front porch. Our porch is still beautiful after enduring 7 hurricanes. Recently we wanted a new screen porch on a second house and could not believe our luck when we found Micheal Knott still going strong! He and his staff are extremely professional, polite and a great communicators.

If I can give this man and his company a zero star I would. Michael Knott is unprofessional, rude and unpredictable. Never have I ever been spoken to or humiliated in the way Michael Knott spoke to me. He installed a screened in porch. When I called to pay an invoice a simple question was asked, “Is this covered under warranty?” He initially responded no because it was storm damage and I said ok, not a big deal and was ready to pay the bill. Michael Knott then proceeded to question my question about the warranty. So again I said we were curious about a warranty if any and left it at that. I was asking on behalf of my parents since he worked on their home. He then stated that he would put it under warranty and to NEVER call him again. This company installed a new garage door screen for us about two weeks ago. Later we called them for a estimate on hurricane shutters and Mr Knott came out to do that. When he arrived we asked about the garage door screen as some of the panels are more difficult to slide open. Mr Knott insisted they where fine and slammed the panels around became rude and angry to the point where my wife was frightened. He got in his truck and left saying he was done here and stormed off. We were shocked at his behaviour. We will not being business with this company.
