We recently had an outstanding experience with Roberto from the Sterling office. Our water heater needed servicing (and ultimately replacing). Roberto was knowledgeable, thorough, communicative and respectful of our home and our pets. He went above and beyond to ensure that all issues were satisfactorily resolved. We would definitely recommend Roberto and give more than 5 stars if we could!

Michael & Son did a great job today. The technician was efficient, quick, and extremely polite throughout the entire visit. Everything was handled professionally, and the service exceeded my expectations. Overall, a great experience—I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Setting up this appointment was quick and easy. I knew how much the total cost would be before starting. Edward arrived on time and got to work. He was very thoughtful in his explanations and helpful in determining next steps. We ended up becoming member to take advantage of the full range of services Michael & Son has to offer. Khaleel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly while providing valuable information throughout the process. He repaired our electrical panel with ease, and thanks to his hard work, the power is fully restored in our home. He spent a full day ensuring the job was done right, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We were very pleased to have him in our home and truly appreciate you sending him over.
