Michalski Concrete LLC

Michalski Concrete has done two jobs for us. One was a 2 car garage foundation for a pre-fab building. Most recently, they tore up our old, cracked front sidewalk and poured us a new sidewalk. We asked for it stamped with a cobblestone pattern. The finished product blew us away. Jimmy and his crew are polite, courteous, punctual, and professional. The attention to detail was fantastic and just as important as all of that- his prices are very competitive. I would recommend Michalski Concrete for any residential (or commercial) project you have.

We hired Michalski Concrete to dig and pour a concrete foundation for a prefab metal garage. Jimmy is a friendly and polite gentleman, however, he doesn't generate formal quotes or contracts. He provided a reasonable quote and proceeded on a "handshake" agreement. He and his crew took approximately 1.5 months to complete the job, mainly due to weather. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lip on the garage opening and the backfill job. Jimmy had assured me over and over that there wouldn't be a lip and that the driveway would slope up to the garage opening, it didn't. 3/28/22 - Update. My garage floor isn't even and is cracking. Mr Michalski did show to look at the damages caused by an auto accident. We waited a few days and no word from Mr Michalski. I texted and was told his computer was frozen. Well, Mr Michalski never gave us an estimate. He should of told us he didn't want the job.

Friendly and honest
