Micheal's Cooling & Heating

Our unit was was not cooling. We called Michael's and they answered immediately, he came out same day. The unit is working wonderfully and cooling. Thank you for Excellent service at an Affordable price!

Josh, Todd and their staff really showed Genuine concern when Me and my family needed AC service. Their work and expertise was Awesome. They followed up the next day for a final touch up & kept the work area neat and clean. Finally they offered their services in case of future issues if they arise.

Josh was our service tech that came out and did an amazing job! Crazy, big snow storm came through which left my family and I with no heat due to something burning up. They worked with me right away when I called and he came out to take care of us. Would highly recommend!! Very knowledgeable and explains what the issue was.

Josh and his team are professional and keep clients informed of work being completed. Times are scheduled and text messages sent followed by a call to let someone know they are on the way. After diagnosing the problem, staff informed of corrective actions and timing to complete work. Customer service is top notch. One can expect to receive a follow up call to see how the service call went and if any problems persist. If a follow up is needed to make adjustments these guys are there to make the work done right. I highly recommend Micheal’s for your heating and cooling needs.

I have used Micheal's in the past and they are by far the best AC & Heating Company to use. I highly recommend them.Their technician, Rogelio is who was at our home this time and is amazing. Very professional, courteous, and explained in detail the problem, and what he needed to do to correct it. In less than 30 minutes, our AC was up and running.
