Michigan Air Duct Cleaning

Our dryer was taking 2-3 hours to dry a standard load of pretty much anything. We had a different company come out and clean out our dryer vent and they claimed it was too difficult due to how it wound under the floor. Major waste money. Michigan Air came out and measured the air flow, used what I think was similar to a roto-rooter and truly cleaned out the vent. The air flow was.5 pfm at the start and 59 when they finished. Now, standard loads are dry in30 minutes instead of 2 or 3 hours. It’s crazy and I’m overjoyed! We’ll be having them out again in a couple years to keep us safe and efficient! Had a schedule cleaning at 10am today took work off no one showed up. Called them to be told there was a glitch in the system that booked multiple clients. Even explaing to them I personally called and spoke with someone to confirm the appointment. And they basically said sorry nothing they can do, they don't have enough vehicles to send out.
