They installed a new door opener. 3 years later the guide rail that screws into the wall above the door ripped out and almost damaged my car. One of their installers came out and verified what I saw was a bad install which caused the failure. Should cover their work, right? No! They charged me to fix their shotty work and waited to tell me this after the guys came out and did a 15 min fix. What a terrible company! Especially for what they charge....$180 an hour to install a garage door opener...omfg! A 15 year old could do a better job. Buyer Beware!!👎

Avoid at all costs. I was able to get through to someone three weeks ago (Thad) to schedule him to come out for a warranty claim on my garage door. He did not show up, and I've been trying to call them for three weeks. I have called them no less than 30 times and it just goes right to voicemail, and Thad's voicemail box is full so I cannot leave a message. Left multiple messages on the general mailbox and no call ever returned. You're more likely to win the lottery than to get ahold of anyone here.

Absolutely the worst door company we have ever dealt with. Do not use this company. Sloppy workmanship, parts ordered wrong, door hinges installed crooked, and charges us a service call to come back out to correct their mistakes on a brand new installation. Needed to replace some damaged garage door panels, noticed sticker one current panels and called the number. Picked up what I needed at a great price and had them installed in less the one hour.

Returned my call, provided an on-site estimate and replaced my torsion spring within 4 hours. Very good pricing and work. Highly satisfied
