Michigan Floor Coverings is exceptional. Their customer service is wonderful! We’ve been using Michigan Floor Coverings for about 4 or 5 years. Their prices, customer service and installers make coming back an easy decision. The showroom is inviting, clean and easy to find what you need. I feel well taken care of and a valued customer when I shop and purchase from Michigan Floor Coverings. I’ll refer people to Michigan Floor Coverings any day! Having a quality product match quality customer service isn’t very common these days, except at Michigan Floor Coverings. Highly, highly recommend!

I just had a team of three guys from Michigan Floor Coverings out to replace my bedroom and closet carpet. They did a terrific job. The carpet is high quality. The price was good. And the installers did a great job. I highly recommend them them for your flooring needs.

We have used Michigan Floor Coverings for our carpet needs several times. From the time we enter their show room to the time our carpet was installed, the process for seamless. It`s nice to work with a family owned company that always goes the extra mile. Jessica’s knowledge and ability to help you match the right flooring product with your needs is second to none.

I do not recommend Michigan Floor Coverings. They (Scott) promised us over the course of 6 weeks that he would come out to measure our room on multiple occasions. We even made it easy for him and invited him to stop by our cottage at HIS convenience. Unfortunately week after week after week he never came out. He promised us on MULTIPLE occasions that he would. His excuse was that they are busy. As a customer, we would have simply appreciated them being upfront that our job wasn't important enough to their business so that we could have moved on to another reputable company. Their carpet and installation is of decent quality as we had them do an install in several other rooms, however their lack of honesty and sense of urgency leads me to believe they truly don't care about customer servic

I did not end up going with this company, I had a very small room and my friend had some nice flooring left over, only reason. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is because of going to about 6 different flooring places, the people here made that much of an impression on me. The professionalism, their patience, and the prices & knowledge they seemed to have compared to the other companies was that much of a difference. Big difference, you can just tell. I intend to floor my whole house in the next couple years, and I'd just end up going here from the get-go. Thanks to the young lady & older gentleman that helped me out here. It was a great experience, and I really thank you for your time.
