This company is incredible! Our generator was down for a long time. We used another generator company but it was a disaster. We finally went with Michigan Generator and we couldn’t be happier! Pat, with his knowledge and dedication, was crucial to getting our generator up and running. Pat really knows his stuff and it shows. Everyone there was very helpful and it felt like they were part of our company in how they cared and wanted us back up and running. Thank you again!

Disappointed in the service we experienced today from this company. Seems like they were more interested in a sale of a new generator before even expecting our old generator. Made it just feel like it was about making a sale.

I called Michigan Generator to come work on my Generac Home Generator after I got a fault code during its weekly exercise cycle. Eric came out to work on it. Was a faulty oil filter which was causing low oil pressure. He installed a new filter. He cleaned up the interior of the unit also. Eric is a great guy, he answered all my questions, was polite and friendly. I do recommend Michigan Generator to anyone needing generator service. I will be using them from now on for any repairs or just maintenance. Prompt service, friendly staff is a plus for me.

Our generator stopped running during the ice storm power outage so I called to see if they were able to send out someone to look at it on a Saturday no less. Lisa from Michigan Generator shows up less than 2 hrs after I called and within a half hour had our unit up and running. She was awesome, efficient and professional. This is the second time we needed to have the unit looked at in an emergency situation and both times we were taking care of in a very efficient manner, I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed, I promise!!!

Hey, fellow generator owner. So, folks, I have Light House Electric put a whole home Kohler gen system in my house in Shelby Twp. We have had issues in the past with power outages a lot. Our home has a sump pump, and we wanted to avoid coming home to a flooded basement. That was very important to us. As the years passed, we needed an annual maintenance service plan. That was harder than getting the General done—a lot of promise but no action. I could not find a reliable company until I talked to Kristi at Michigan Generator. For the last five years, the service has been excellent. And if there have been any issues, and there have been one or two, they have been quick to make it right. A job well done. Thanks
