Michigan Plaza Garage - ParkChirp

The parking and it's monitor staff are terrible. I was given a ticket for not pulling up even though I was in a parking space within the box. The next day when I did pull up like they requested it wasn't "close enough" for them and he threatened to tow my car. They want you to be so close you can possibly damage another car. Even though a car who didn't pull up had no ticket themselves. They lack any signs to prevent you from getting a ticket. And the signs they do have they don't even follow. They have parkings made for suvs and compact cars but there were still suvs in the compact car spots leaving barely any room for me to safely pull out my car. Yet they still had no tickets. They pick and choose who they wanna ticket and it seems to be any cars that look new don't get ticketed. Just b

Horrible; I couldn't even find the location. Tried for a while, almost 45 minutes; the Waze and address didn't help. Make sure you know the area well or don't bother; the phone is useless.

First time and last time here. I have an annoying sticker on my car because there was no one to help when I drive in. I supposedly double parked!

Got stuck at the gate to leave because my code wasn’t scanning. The women who answered the help line was so rude. She was immediately confrontational, said she wouldn’t help, she left us stuck there with a line of cars backed up behind us so not only could we not go forward, we couldn’t back up. She told us “you will stay there all night until you figure it out” and hung up on us. We had prepaid already and were not willing to double pay because of their own system fault. There’s was zero help given, and this lady has no business having a job with this company if she isn’t able to help when help is needed. Not sure what the point of her job is if all she has to offer is confrontation and a rude attitude. This was Sunday, November 23rd at 10pm. Feel free to look up who was working and fire

I circled around for over 30 minutes. I followed the directions they sent me and still didn't find it so I couldn't use my reserved spot. I didn't see any signs in all the times I went around. I do not recommend this garage and I will not go back.
