I had an issue with my furnace not turning on all the way. I called at about 10pm and spoke to the owner Russell. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me the option to send a technician overnight or early morning next day. Luckily the weather played in my favor and I opted to wait till the morning. The technician arrived on time and was also very respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to find the source of the problem (it was more of a chimney debris issue from a previous job and not the furnace). He took care of it in about an hour. Before I knew it my furnace was back up and running. I will definitely reach out to them again for my future projects and any future issues.

I've used Mid-City on a couple of occasions now for a hot water tank replacement and repairs to my heating system. Russell and his team are professional, dependable, and very prompt!! I called Mid-City Heating because the furnace was blowing cool air at one of the buildings I manage. Mid-City knowledgeable tech knew just what the problem was. He fixed it and now my tenants are warm again.

Spoke with Russell to do a cleaning and install a vent to my boiler system. He was professional and communicated when the job would be complete based upon part fulfillment. The Mid City crew came in and knocked the job down in less than a day all for a fair price. Russell after completing called to say he wanted to add more clamps to the vent to guarantee stability. This was above and beyond the scope of work, and I appreciated the extra consideration. I highly recommend.
