They are great at dispatching emergency service. Everyone I’ve met with has been competent and professional. Only feedback I’d give is make sure notes are read between order and service. Office could follow up after to make sure everything was good.

Cody came out to service my air conditioner. He was very thorough and educated me on how my system works and what I can expect. Very easy to talk with while also keeping a professional attitude. He even gave me some options to ensure I get the longest life out of my unit.

Avoid this company! They have terrible customer service and terrible service technicians. We had an issue with our upstairs ac so they came out Tuesday July 29 . They were here for over 2hrs and I paid over $500 and they claimed the problem was fixed. Well little did I know it wasn't. Our upstairs was over 80° and never cool down. When my husband came home he opened the ac closet to look inside and found that the ac is now leaking water and flooding our closet. (It was never leaking before) So we called the company back and they said they will have someone out around 5pm. We figured this was normal for them to work after 5pm due to them claiming to be 24 hrs. Well that was far from the truth. Come 6pm no one had came so we call them again just to get their AI answering service that asks qu

Cody was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He got us up and running quickly and gave some advice on any future upgrades we might want. Definitely recommend these guys and especially Cody!

Never pulled permits, never had it inspected. Just found out after they have gaslit me for the past year while trying to get them to make things right. Our whole house, even pets who never leave the house, is sick. My 77 year old mother had to go to a facility because she could not breathe properly in my home. This company is ok with letting people become sick. For the low price of $9k. Your solution? To REINSTALL the moldy unit. Will you make this right?
