My husband and I bought a condo that was remodeled by Mid-Ohio Contracting, sold by their real estate company, Connect Realty, LLC (developed by Brad Hayes). In the first year of living in the building, leaking started occurring through the walls, causing heavy damage in 3 of the 4 units in the building, and also in the common area. When we contacted Mid-Ohio, they told us the issue was the brick, and the 'exterior building warranty' they had issued to us didn't cover the integrity of the brick itself. They refused to help make any meaningful repairs to the building. I bought a condo from Connect Realty LLC, owned by Brad Dehays in May 2016. Mid-Ohio Contracting Services was the company that did the contracting for the project. Within a month upon moving in to my condo, which was sold as fully renovated, water damage began affecting the interior walls. The water was coming in through the damaged and/or missing mortar that Mid-Ohio Contracting did not take care of on the exterior of the building.
