We have been customers for nearly 18 years (I think)! I feel that we have always been treated fairly. Costs are costs…but I never felt that pricing was unreasonable. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Work has always been great with no mess and limited disruption. This is a great company!

I just used Mid-State this week after our heat went outover the weekend. We initially called another company who evaluated our furnace and determined it needed a new circuit board. Our home is only 3 years old and under parts warranty. This company quoted $533 for labor to replace the under warranty circuit board. It didn't feel right, so I called Mid-State Heating and Cooling. Rebecca was great, I explained exactly what the other company did and she said they would come give a second opinion. Julio the technician arrived the same day, ahead of the scheduled time and after thorough evaluation determined the circuit board was working perfect. He quickly diagnosed the issue was a clogged filter. He replaced the filters and the unit started right up. They could have taken advantage of us

We were extremely well taken care of by Jeff and Chris! They were very through in evaluating our commercial system issues and took the time to explain our options. It’s always a relief to know you’re working with experienced professionals who understand their trade. We definitely appreciate the time they spent with us. I just want to report that Midstate Heating and Air has consistently provided excellent customer service care for me over the last 4-5 years I have been their client. Everyone on their team I have found to be polite, respectful, very professional and it is clear they have the customer’s best interest at heart. I want to add to a service technician just serviced my air conditioning/heating unit providing excellent customer care. He offered very valuable guidance to help me make those choice in maintenance of my unit. He went as far as offering the best option that fit my particular concern. He told me he could make a lot of money if he ordered a particular part and did the installation himself but he recommended I replacevtheventirecsystrn as this could be most cost effective. Chris is knowledgeable, professional and honest. We called when our heat went out on a holiday and he gave us excellent advice. He arrived right on time, took photos to document the problems and after a thorough explanation, went straight to the warehouse for the needed parts. He was back in a flash and quickly repaired the unit. I was so impressed I signed up for a maintenance agreement. Chris and his company have the kind of integrity that is hard to find. Highly recommend!!
